which course option is best for you?

For all our fitness-based qualifications, we offer two options of study, structured or hybrid. Which one you go for will depend on your needs and amount of time you have to dedicate to your studies.

Structured 20-week course

This version of the course requires you to complete 10-15 hours a week of home study to help qualify within 20 weeks. Following a course structure will keep you motivated, learning effectively and on target to ensure you end up fully competent as a personal trainer. This really is the best version of our course if you can prioritise your learning, attend regular meetings and are passionate about being the best you can be.

  • learning platform

    Access to our innovative online learning platform so you can learn from home at times convenient to you. Access videos, downloads, MOCK papers and more to enhance your overall knowledge.

  • online workshops

    Attend online workshops running through real-life application to topics including client consultations, programme design and business planning.

  • structured contact days

    Attend pre-planned face-to-face contact days within a gym environment to learn correct exercise technique, enhance your confidence in coaching others and complete your practical assessments.

  • Weekly catch-up calls

    Attend weekly catch-up calls with your Mentor to learn the technical and theory aspects of your course - a great chance to have all your questions answered! These will be completed on a specific day/time each week to keep you accountable.

Hybrid course

The hybrid course option gives you the flexibility to work through the course quicker or slower dependant on your current commitments. Maybe you can commit more than 10-15 hours a week and want to qualify quicker than the 20-weeks it takes learners following the structured route? Or maybe you can't commit to 10-15 hours, so need longer to work through your studies? With the hybrid course, as long as you complete within 12 months then you are all good.

  • flexible contact days

    Organise face-to-face contact visits with your Mentor on a day/time that is suitable for you. Simply message your Mentor when you’re ready to attend to get a visit booked in.

  • Monthly 121 catch-up calls

    Benefit from a person monthly catch-up call with your Mentor to chart your progress and have all your questions answered to help you progress smoothly through the course.
