By using Our Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using Our Site immediately.

Content means any text, images, video, audio, downloads, resources, course materials, graphics, and other information that appears on or forms part of Our Site or is supplied by us.
Order means a purchase made through our checkout.
Digital Content means any downloadable or online content supplied in digital form (including enrolment codes, online resources, and course materials).

3) Access to Our Site

Access to Our Site is provided free of charge. We may update, change, suspend or withdraw Our Site (or any part of it) without notice. We do not guarantee that Our Site will always be available.

4) Intellectual property and permitted use

All intellectual property rights in Our Site and Content belong to us or our licensors.

You may:

  • view and use Our Site in a browser;

  • download pages for caching;

  • print a single copy of pages for personal use.

You must not:

  • reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, sub-licence or commercially exploit any Content without our written permission; or

  • copy, share or upload course materials to any third party or public platform.

You may link to Our Site provided it is fair and legal and does not suggest endorsement by us where none exists. Framing or embedding Our Site on other websites is not permitted without our written permission.

We may include links to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

6) Acceptable use

You must use Our Site lawfully. You must not misuse Our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or doing anything that could damage or disrupt Our Site.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

7) Disclaimers (website content)

Information on Our Site is provided for general information only. While we take care to keep content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee it will be complete or error-free.

PURCHASE TERMS (COURSES / CPD / DIGITAL CONTENT)

8) Orders and payment

When you place an Order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm acceptance by email or on-screen confirmation.

Payments for Orders are processed via our checkout, and payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details.

9) Prices and VAT

Prices are shown on Our Site. Where applicable, VAT will be shown at checkout. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect Orders already placed and confirmed.

10) Delivery / access to digital products

Where your Order includes Digital Content or online access, we aim to provide enrolment information, access instructions or codes within the timeframe stated on the relevant product/course page or confirmation.

If you have not received access details within the stated timeframe, please contact support@youracademyuk.com.

11) Cancellations and refunds

Refund eligibility depends on what you have purchased and how it is supplied (for example, digital content, online access, or services).

Important: If you request immediate access to Digital Content, you may lose your right to cancel once supply begins (this is a standard rule for digital content). Where this applies, we will make this clear at checkout.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or need support with an Order, contact support@youracademyuk.com and we will respond as quickly as possible.

12) Chargebacks and misuse

If you have an issue with an Order, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Unauthorised sharing of course materials, fraudulent Orders, or misuse of access may result in access being suspended and/or legal action where appropriate.

13) Complaints

If you wish to raise a complaint, email support@youracademyuk.com with:

  • your name and contact details,

  • your Order reference (if applicable),

  • a clear description of the issue and what outcome you want.

We aim to respond promptly and fairly.

14) Privacy and cookies

Use of Our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms by reference.

15) Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited or excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).

Subject to the above, we are not liable for:

  • business losses (e.g., loss of profit, revenue, goodwill) if you are using Our Site as a business user; or

  • indirect or consequential losses.
